Leading up to the end of the 6th democratic dispensation the Education Dialogue SA is leading a series of reflective policy papers on education improvement.
A case for Education Districts for Education Improvement On the 26 March a dialogue on the role education districts was convened at the Future Africa Campus in Pretoria.
Led by the Dr Godwin Khosa who presented his paper on Districts , the dialogue attracted education officials, academics, and civil society organisations who deliberated on the positioning and pitch of districts in relation to education delivery.
The paper advocates a balanced and aligned coupling of the following education services delivery roles and deliberate steps to strengthen the district effects on learning as shown below
